1. Our Commitment

At Bilmuri Australia Merch Store, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, please review our policy on refunds and returns.

2. Change of Mind

Please note that the Bilmuri Australia Merch Store does not normally offer refunds or exchanges for products if you change your mind. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at info@officialmerchstore.com, and we will consider your request at our discretion.

3. Statutory Rights

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

4. Faulty or Damaged Products

If an item you purchased from us is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@officialmerchstore.com. You can return the item with proof of purchase for a refund or exchange. We will assess the condition of the returned goods before offering a refund or replacement. This may include a full refund, repair, or replacement depending on the extent of the fault.

Vinyl, CD's, Cassette Tapes and/or all media types
Minor postal damage such as seam splits, corner dings, cracked jewel cases and slight warps that do not affect the audio can not be exchanged or refunded.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
 If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Returns Process

To initiate a return, please send an email to info@officialmerchstore.com with your order number, the details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with information on how to return your item. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Be sure to include a note with your  order # , phone number, a brief summary as to why you are returning or exchanging the merchandise.
Shipping charges will not be refunded for returned items.
All returned merchandise must be in its original condition and should not be washed or worn.
If your order is returned to us, we will require postage be paid again prior to any re-shipping.
